Secured room for medical records, dedicated space for pharmacy and storage, on-site laboratory.
Equipment
Centrifuges (for blood and urine), freezer -20*C, refrigerator, digital bariatric scale, ECG machines, blood pressure and vital signs monitoring device, infusion/phlebotomy chair .
Collaborative Approach
We have collaborative agreements with a local community health centers and primary care practices for referrals. We also have our own large clinical database of participants.
Expert Principal Investigators/Key Opinion Leaders
Our research team is led by expert and key opinion leaders in diabetes, obesity and cardio-reno-metabolic diseases. Our PIs are board-certified in Internal medicine and Endocrinology and Metabolism, with vast experience conducting clinical trials, observational studies and investigator-initiated prospective studies.

This study will test if an investigational medicine (the medicine being studied) can help with blood glucose (sugar) and weight management in adult (> 18 years) people with type 2 diabetes and BMI > 27.
